Dear AAUP-BHSNJ Member:

As we informed you, the AAUP-BHSNJ has changed the composition and tone of contract negotiations. We believe we are now in a strong position to settle your contract.

In order to have a voice in the ratification of an agreement, you must be a full member of the AAUP-BHSNJ. If we don't have a signed authorization card, your voice won't be heard.

You can find our Authorization Card under the MEMBERSHIP tab on the menu bar at the top of our website. Please fill it out completely and return it to Vatrice George at george@aaupbhsnj.org or via fax at 973-972-0776.

The difference between the representation fee and full membership is $3.90 per pay period. At the end of your first year, the AAUP-BHSNJ provides a rebate back to you in the amount of $101.40.
